How We Work - The Order Process

 

1 - You place your order.
  • If you need help finding a product, one of our experienced Big Star Sales Associates can certainly help you find exactly what you're looking for and help meet your budget.
2 - We receive your order and send your artwork to our graphic art department.
  •  If you need help creating a design or editing an existing design, our "in house" graphic art team is at your service!
3 - Our in house Graphic Art Team prepares your art for the product that will receive its imprint.
4 - We send you a proof of your design / logo.
YOU MUST MAKE ALL CHANGES AND APPROVE THIS PROOF
BEFORE WE CAN GO ANY FURTHER.
 
5 - Once you've approved all the artwork, your order moves to production. 
  • This is when the production time frame begins to be calculated. For instance - if on our website you read - "5 Production Days" this means that the five day period begins when your order moves to production.
 
6 - Your items are shipped to the destination your specify.
 
FINAL STEP - Your day is GREAT - because the product was received just as ordered and delivered on time!
