Great T-Shirts On Time!
I was so surprised that you were able to get my wedding party t-shirts to us on time! Big Star shipped our shirts all the way to Chicago for the Cubs game! Our group looked great and the Cubs won!!! Thanks for making our wedding even more memorable!

Above and beyond
I do a great deal of work with Big Star on a weekly basis. Even with all the orders I place with them and the rush jobs that they quite often are asked to do I have only had 1 mistake. In my business I work under the theory that mistakes happen, unfortunately. It is not the mistakes that define a business but how they respond to them. The 1 mistake that was made was fixed in just a couple of days without hesitancy. The staff at Big Star continually impresses me by going above and beyond on every order I place with them.

All I Needed!
I called Big Star and spoke with Elaine. She knew exactly what product I was looking for and got it to us very quickly. They even fixed my logo and it looks better than ever! I will be back soon, Big Star! Thank you!
