These SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe how Big Star Branding (“Big Star Branding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) communicates with you by text message. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS from us, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1) Program Description (What you’ll receive)

Our SMS service is used for order-related, person-to-person conversations between you and Big Star Branding employees. Typical messages include:

  • Order confirmations and acknowledgments

  • Requests for order details or missing information

  • Artwork proof/approval requests

  • Production and scheduling updates

  • Pickup/shipping/delivery notifications

  • Order-related questions and follow-ups

No marketing or promotional SMS is sent under this program. This program isn’t used for bulk campaigns, automated alerts, or API-driven messaging. Conversations occur via Microsoft Teams numbers assigned to individual employees (1-to-1).

  • Message frequency varies based on your active or recent orders and your interactions with our team.

You can stop receiving SMS from a specific Big Star Branding number at any time by replying with STOP
After you opt out, you’ll receive a final confirmation message and then no further messages from that number unless you later send START to resume. 

5) Privacy & Data Use (SMS-specific)

We use the information you provide (your mobile number and message content/metadata) only to operate this order-related SMS service—e.g., sending/receiving messages, confirming details, obtaining approvals, and providing updates. We may share limited information with service providers who help deliver SMS (carriers, messaging platforms, and technical vendors); they may use the information only to provide those services.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent won’t be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

6) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

You must be the mobile account holder or have authorization to enroll the number. You’re responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier associated with SMS.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
